Job Description:
  • Provide inspired leadership for Operations Division
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
  • Work closely with Top Management to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
  • Strives for achieving customer delight & devises ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment
Desired Profile:
  • Person should possess experience working in BPM/BPO industry (non-voice), IT/ITES
  • Should have worked with International client
  • Hands on experience on understanding variety of projects and also able to estimate work
  • Should implement work in process driven structure, so that every team member is able to deliver the best quality
  • Should have capacity to handle multiple projects at a time

Education qualification:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in operations management or related field is preferable
