As a SDR, You will act as the initial point of contact between the company and potential clients in the M&A industry. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to generate leads and drive business growth. You will work for one of the fastest growing M&A companies in Germany. You will work with one of the partners and his team directly and massively impact the future growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to prospective companies, introducing your organization’s M&A services, and assessing their potential interest in pursuing M&A opportunities.
- Engaging with prospects through phone conversations to determine their fit as potential targets.
- Building rapport with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies through effective communication. Understanding their pain points, challenges, and positioning your organization as a valuable partner.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers who are not yet ready to decide. Provide them with relevant information, resources, and assistance to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update CRM systems or sales tools to track lead progress, record interactions, and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential customers and building rapport.
- The ability to actively listen to prospects, understand their needs, and ask relevant questions is crucial for qualifying leads and offering appropriate solutions.
- SDRs should have the drive to persistently follow up with leads and handle rejection positively. Resilience is important to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation.

- Development of solution designs to automate business processes Programming of process automation using Power Automate.
- Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate Testing, commissioning and maintenance of automations Accompanying the implementation and execution of user acceptance tests with the customer’s departments
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree or completed training as an IT specialist.
- You already have (initial) experience in object-oriented programming. You have good analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems.
